Residential areas are for residents and their guests only.

Can I buy a living space?

Paragon65 operates exclusively as a rental community.

We offer rented spaces only, providing a flexible and hassle-free way to live in the city centre.


Will there be residents’ car parking?

We take environmental issues and your wellbeing very seriously, we've chosen to focus on sustainable forms of transport.

We do not offer resident car parking, but we do provide secure, on-site bike storage for all residents.

With our central location to public transport and Hull’s expanding cycle network, getting around on two wheels or by public transport is easy.


In terms of rental contracts, how does Paragon65 differ from more traditional models?
